Hotkeys don't work
I can type in chat fine, however when I try to use an ability, the button does nothing. Even when I go into the key bindings, it won't let me bind the key. Help?

trust me i have had the same problem i have uninstalled and re-installed . It just keeps happening just exit and relog it usually fixes it.
Good luck. I have had this problem off and on for over a year. Reported it several times, provided dxdiag and logs as best I could. I have never seen Riot respond to any thread about it. Just had the problem again in an ARAM. The only thing you can do is restart the client. I normally do this by going into the task manager and ending the LoL processes, then restarting the game and reconnecting as quick as I can. But don't worry, Riot will soon be implementing a new Leaverbuster to punish you for needing to restart their crap client! IMO, all Riot people should have to play the game without using any hotkeys until the issue is fixed. Maybe then they might understand that it is easily one of the most frustrating ways to have to play a game like this.
