I Cant Submit Bugs On The PBE or Even Check Its Boards

so im on the pbe but the link to report bugs is broken and i also cant access the PBE boards and i do have a active account on the pbe sorry for posting this here but i dont know were else to post it

Having the same problem, but haven't tried to log into boards at home yet.
