[GAMEPLAY] in game notification text bug, shop scale bug

When towers or destroyed or a player is killed, the notification text is partially covered by the icons on the ends of the text. {How do I attach screenshot?} My shop doubled in size, its about twice the size of every other interface element I'm on 4k, tired of RIOT making the game worse for people who spent a lot of money to make their games look good.
