[RuneMenu] Runes won't combine glitch

When I try to combine runes an error pops up saying that it is "unable to save runes". When I try to go back to the rune page it wont let me and I have to restart the game to go back to the rune page.

I have had this problem for over a month and have tried reinstalling the game but it has not helped. I thought this would be fixed in this patch.
