But on Summoner's Rift

So I was PLaying today on the rift when suddenly I couldnt access the loading screen so after the game ended I went into a custom and I managed to get into the loading screen so I tried to play again and it STILL couldnt get me in the loading screen so thinking back when I launched the custom I was playing WITHOUT a skin, so I checked my theory and I was currect please fix this issue or at least tell me why it happenes so I can play with skins again. Thank you in advance. EDIT: For now all I do is de-select the skin and play with the defaults but i would much rather play with my skins. EDIT-2: I just now noticed it says "BUT" Instead of "BUG" on the title , sorry my bad. EDIT-3:(This edit is done 1 day after the insident)Now I cant even play League it dosent let me at all get into the loading screen.... Please fix it Riot.
