Patcher Playing Champion SFX [Client]

I was starting League to get the new All For One update, and once the patcher launched it started playing kindred and the new Kassadin skin SFX in a permanent loop. It also took exceptionally long to patch, which is odd because it typically only takes 2-5 mins even for larger patches. I'm not sure what could have caused this, but it persisted every time I opened the patcher.
