Ornn's Ultimate

So my friend played Ornn on ranked and i know that he is extremely skilled and he never missed an ultimate, however there is a bug with Ornn's ultimate and it is not functioning correctly. We see the ultimate's speed normally but the player himself sees the ornn's ultimate like this in the video. Riot please fix this ! :)

Bumping and upvoting this. Just had a match where I wiffed all but one ult :( that was painful as I used to rarely miss.

What is the travel time again? I feel like a terrible Ornn player for asking, but...that is painful.
