[Gameplay] Ziggs abilities disappearing

I was playing a normals with ziggs in the bot lane I respawned after getting killed and my q and e stopped showing the mines/bomb and the enemy team stated that they could not see it either. I do not know how to replicate this bug it just happened randomly. The screenshot shows what the q animation looked like on my screen. The enemy team was annoyed due to not being able to see the projectile to dodge. Ziggs q animation
