Game crashing

Ever sense the latest patches, my game has been crashing randomly, and in multiple ways, sometimes it goes into the loading screen and doesn't connect to the game even though the sound seems fine (can't play but hear everything going on in the game) and sometimes it just crashes the entire game and sometimes even the entire computer, whenever i come back to league's client it just starts updating the client.

I don't think this is a connection based problem cause i got a stable wifi and according to league's lag report i have a very stable internet connection. I also think this isn't a hardware based problem cause i can play games such as overwatch, fortnite among others.

The worstest thing is that it's random, if it was only the first match that crashed, i would've went into a custom game and then i'd get to play again, however it seems to be completely random and as of right now i am scared of even playing this game because i dont want to get a 20 min low priority queue just because i want to play this game
