gameplay, team builder disbanding

every time i try to play team builder with a friend and we start to search for solo players i get a group disbanded, but he says he can still see me in the group. i have tried doing team builder by myself and it works, i don't get disbanded and i can start a match. this has been happening for a while now i thought time would fix it but it has not. thanks
