XP BAR bug

My xp bar is beyond my lvl 17 max bar, the purple bar is outside of the rectangle and I have 956 xp and level 17 to level up to lvl 18 the requirement is 763 xp. Is the bar like that because of the reduction to level up to lvl 30? Pleease fix that
