Rakan E Bug( Double mana on second cast)

After 9.9 was launched rakan had a major buff to his kit but also now his E ability is Doubled the mana cost when using it the second time and therefore I go from 400mana to 150 off of one ability . It says “ on second cast there will be no mana cost within 5 seconds” but it’s doubled please fix this as soon as possible
