[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Enchantment: Cinderhulk

Enchantment: Cinderhulk doesn't work. At late game I go to jungle to the wolf camp, but they didn't attack me even when I step closer and they dont recived any dmg. Same story with blue - camp, there are no agrro on me and no dmg to them. Pls fix it!

They made it where Cinderhulk wouldn't aggro camps that weren't in combat so you can walk through the jungle without pulling them if you don't want to.
