Non-Closable Window in Champion Select

I wanted to type something in the chat, but the chat was not selected (no blinking bar). I startet writing and didnt notice that it wasnt selected till this window opened. The Window couldnt be closed and blocked masterypage selection etc. In the Game I had no runes. After the game the window was still there and could only be closed with closing the whole client.
