Ok on 16 april i tried to purchase 10Euro RP On EUW So i buyed it but i didnt get it it says u purchased 10Eur RP BUt i didnt got it and its gone of my bank. So? Please Help me :D :(

Contact Riot support. Fastest way is twitter imo, they will help you further.

There's also a submit request on the Riot Support website.
