Game Automatically brings me to enemy nexus (VIDEO)

I already posted this, but I wanted to add the video since it finished uploading. The game automatically brings me to enemy nexus. I can't click anywhere else, and no matter where i click to move it will bring me to enemy nexus. I can stop command and recall. This would be a horrifying bug in ranked, and my team mates thought i was trolling. Not sure how to recreate this...

Also, notice how I can choose where i can go in the nexus...
