[GAMEPLAY] Cant leave base

Loaded into game 30 seconds in, playing rumble in normal game on oce. Encountered bug where I could not walk out of base as if the wall during the first 10 seconds was still there. The invisible barrier didnt go away so I reconnected and I was able to walk out before team remade.
