About Low Priorty Queues

Srry League of Legends fix prority queues plz makes no sense to play a game with a player out then wait 15 min it takes to long if somone leaves then we are able to surrender but then i know i lost then i dont move after 15 min then get a 20 min low priority que i have been having lag and then report it but still no help from u guys then gets grats for helping stop a player from feeding a game he gets ban as i help but still get 20 min low prioty queue plx at least lower it the priority queue if u play games after that.plz fix im bxprogamer180
