Game lag (Not Ping Related) with DJ SONA

After continuous testing I have found that ONLY when using the DJ Sona skin, and ONLY periodically (not constant, but lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two), the game lags. If i had to describe this lag, I would have to say that it is very choppy. The in game graphics play as if i were running at 2-3 frames per second, as i can see all moving objects skip around on the screen. This issue has been repeated about 5 times now, and has happened EVERY game while playing as DJ Sona only.
