VIKTOR skill level up bug ( Twice already )

Hi

i have experienced some problem with VIKTOR, seem to me that upon upgrading my 3rd core
i cant not distrubute my skill points once leveled. I can see the amount of points available, also the boxes on each skill, but i can not click to distribute the points, it will stay like that unless I intentionally quit the game and reconnect then the problem is solved.

this had happened to me twice already, both ahppened in ARAM mode, dont know if it hppened elsewhere.
