No value displayed in champions skin (no rp and ip value)

This happened to me as well. The store glitched out for me a while back and I couldn't buy anything for about a week. Best advice I got is wait it out, supposedly it might be a problem with your specific client that causes it, the best I can suggest is to either repair the client or wait it out.
