Pantheon W And Lose Vision In a Bush Bug

Hi, I'm primarily a Pantheon player and spam a bunch of the champion in ranked. I've noticed on occasion over the past several months that sometimes after using my W to start a fight, I wouldn't be able to use other abilities until my W came off cooldown and I used it again. This is very frustrating as it has lost me a few teamfights due to not being able to use either my Q or my E. I'm not 100% what causes it as it seems a bit random, but I notice that it almost always happens when I use my W and lose vision of my target midway through the dash. Usually this happens when they are on the edge of bush and get into it midway through my leap though it doesn't seem to happen when they simply go invis(e.g. Wukong W). I've tried recreating it, but I've been unable to recreate it with any kind of consistency, though that could easily just be due to me mistiming it. The steps I've taken are as follows:

1. Be Pantheon(Obviously)
2. Have another champion stand on the edge of a bush
3. Use your W on said champion
4. Have the champion move into the bush while Pantheon is still mid leap Maybe there's more to the bug, but I've had it happen enough that I felt making a report about it was necessary. It is very frustrating using my stun on an important target and then not being able to use abilities for the next 10 seconds while I wait for my W to come back off of cooldown and I would appreciate it others would help me look into this bug as well. Thanks from the frustrating to play against Pantheon main who bullies you out of lane :D
