[CLIENT] Hextech chest froze and no reward

Basically i got 3 fragments of a key crafted them and then tried to open up a chest, while opening client froze. After a restart there were no reward no chest no key ...... What can i do ?

Same thing happened to me just now. Sent a ticket to riot. Did you resolve the problem?
