Killing spree bug -GAMEPLAY

So I was in a killing spree and got shut down. As usual, I respawned, and joined a battle, I died again but the announcer and in the game it was written shut down again with no reason because I didn't kill anyone on the way to the battle. The reproduction is pretty self-explanatory: Get in a killing spree, get shut down, respawn and get killed again. Thanks!
