"Hide Eye candy" disabled even when checked.

Not sure if anyone has reported this. I have "hide eye candy" checked and since the last patch every game each new game it's disabled even when the box is checked. Only way to fix it is once in game uncheck the box save and then check it again to turn off eye candy.

Not sure why this is happening.
