An unexpected Error as occured"

I get this unexpected error. or sometimes I get stuck on authenticating. I cant connect from my Wi-fi but I can from Via Ethernet. When my friends come over they can connect just fine. also my brother plays and he connects fine. Idk why its only my laptop. that I have to use Ethernet.... this problem just started happening.
