Poro King Champ Select Error

Was in a group, I banned 3 champions, couldn't decide who to play, came down to 2 seconds, I selected a champion and I get an error along the lines of unable to select a champion at this time. It then makes me dodge for not selecting a champion and kicks me straight out to the home screen. 5 minute wait. GG RITO.
