Client crashes in champ select person banning timer runs to 0 then stays there until I dodge

This has been happening for tons of people everywhere i've looked into it and seen the same people posting about the same problem and rito with the same copy pasta saying its nothing on their end... ITS OBVIOUSLY is on their end if soo many people are going through the same problem with 0 support and 0 solutions. I've done all the troubleshooting methods you guys recommend and even posting in report a bug because you try to get support somewhere else they completely dodge the problem and paste some copy pasta bullshit telling me to post here. JUST REMOVE THE PENALTY OF LEAVING IN CHAMP SELECT literally dont wanna be punished for riots shit client i could care less about the 6 lp but when i cant even fucking que up because im being "punished" literally makes me wanna quit id rather play a different game then be forced to wait 30 minutes to que up....
