All champs locked after Patch 10.1

I have recently just updated my client from 9.24B to 10.1 and my client is bugging out. The client takes a while to load in, during that time I am unable to browse my collection, loot or store. The play button is also greyed out saying: "Unable to create a lobby, restart the client and try again" (shown in link 1).

When the client does eventually load in, my whole collection is locked, no splash arts are showing (shown in link 2) and when im in champ select, the champion that im playing would show up as locked and i am unable to select any skins for the champ im playing.

Pls help i really want to play with the skins i've recently i got ;(
