The new JG item Devourer does not work for Jax

The devourer should work with Jax's passive after Jax hit LV 6; while it does not really work. Jax needs to hit three times to let his passive come out and then then devourer's passive will start working. That means the devourer starts work after 5 hits but it should start working at 2 hits. This is a huge nerf for JG Jax and I hope Riot can fix it ASAP.
