(client) Patch loop

So recently my client has decided to go into a patch loop and even after reinstalling and using the hex-tech repair tool i have been unable to fix it. Although after doing things like that it doesn't happen and allows me to enter the client on to see a few minutes later that it goes back into the loop. I have a good computer and good internet, i'm really quite puzzled at why my client is doing this and how to fix it.
