[GAMEPLAY] Frozen Mallet + Guinsoo's Rageblade debuffing YOURSELF

1. Buy Frozen Mallet and Rageblade
2. Get 6 Rageblade stacks and then be auto-attacking minions or champions.
3. You get slowed by your own Frozen Mallet.

NOTE: I have been playing Master Yi and this bug occurs regardless of whether or not I am near allied or enemy champions (I have made sure I am not near anyone else when this happens).

I am also unsure if this happens on other champions, but** for Master Yi, this bug comes up 100%**. For a while I thought it was me being slowed or minion blocked since I don't notice it during my ulti (obviously). But this really hurts if I'm clearing a lane in lategame and I can't run away from a gank because I've debuffed myself; aside from the fact it should not happen in the first place.
