I have always low priority queue even after 5 time

Hi, when i was back in lol ( because my pc crash during a game and didn't work again ) so i buy a new pc and i restart to play but i had low priority queue because my pc crashed. So i did the 5 low priority queue and i must wait 20 min always before a game. Thanks you for solving my problem and sorry if i had some mystakes, it is because i speak french
