Gangplank skins keep giving me "Invalid_Skin"

I bought Gankplank skins Sultan and Spec. Ops and when I try to use them, it keeps kicking me back to "Invalid Skin" and refusing to let me play any games.

I'm rapidly moving from annoyed to infuriated.
