been trying to patch for 3 hours

the patcher gets to 50% - 70% and then it goes from 4mb a sec download to practically nothing or 0. I've tried to run as administrator. patch it, and reinstall it all together. and it just keeps doing this. im so tired of sitting here i just dont care anymore.
