[CLIENT] Players under level 5 can queue up for intermediate Co-op v. AI TT

I was leveling up my alt account and even though said alt account is under level 5, I was able to queue up for intermediate Co-op v. AI TT and actually did (but I declined ready check because I didn't want to go into a game that I felt the account shouldn't be in). As you can see in the first image, this doesn't apply to beginner (because the client recognized that I was under level 5 so it kept me from queuing up for beginner).
