Bug on the gameplay

I can't load my attacks or my wards, when I push on the button "4" for the ward for example, the ward is put instant..

Other situation, I'm janna, I want to load my storm, I can't, because I have this bug, I don't know how to correct this bug and I don't know why I'm alone in my friend circle to get that problem. It's realy hard to counter others players with this disadvantage !
