Ridiculous glitches

Stupid glitches.

Glitch 1) I cannot do ANYTHING. No buying, no tab, no leveling up abilities, no opening shop, no moving the mini map, and no hitting escape. On top of that whenever my champion basic attacks something it REFUSES to move at ALL and the clicker turns red from green. This has reoccurred and has driven me over the edge. It sometimes fixes itself the reappears. OCCASIONALLY if I click and hold on the minimal it disappears, but not usually, and can still come back and refuse to fix itself.

Glitch 2) I log into league normally until I hit 100 . I don't go into game, but everyone else does. I sit at 100 for 4 minutes and my friend tells me that the games says that I am still in game. I disconnect after 4 minutes and try to restart. However, sometimes I disconnect immediately. Either way these effects happen. After a ridiculously long loading time, I load in then am kicked from the game for inactivity, even though I was not connected to the game. I try to reload but I am faced with an insane load time, then load in and experience the same problem of the game claiming that I have been kicked for inactivity.

Glitch 3) My computer appears to have a stupid loading time for League of Legends. It loaded league fine until about a few patches ago. I haven't mentioned it until now because it wasn't the biggest deal, only now it has gotten worse. I have sat in the loading screen to get into games for 5 to even 15 minutes...... every game. Not only that but it displays FALSE loading percentages for me and my friends, giving us vastly different estimates, and has me sit there at 100 for a while then finally loads the game. (Please bear in mind I have the top wifi level from COX and am plugged into the router via ethernet cable).

These 3 glitches are RUINING the game for me and after extensive communication with riot but in return have received only faulty instructions and threats about "bumping" my ticket. I am really frustrated and considering quitting league. Have other people experienced these glitches and can anyone help?
