Logging in, crashing

Like I'm a player that plays this game for fun and kinda competitive, and right now i "was" in my promo game and the game just stoped the picture froze and I could only close it by task manager.So Riot please try to fix these kind of bugs I know you have a spaggeti code but if you can't fix this at least add some kind of a "sorry note" or smthing. FIX YOUR SHIT.
