Aatrox Blood thirst / Blood price Doesn't work propebly

When i'm playing Aatrox jungle my w doesn't work like it should. Some times w's passive procs every second hit instead of every third and sometimes not at all for many hits (like 10). This happens with both Blood thirst and Blood price.
