Bug Splatting? 9/18/16

All day today ive tried to play games and ive had bug splatting all day. Ive updated my graphics drivers, repaired files, restarted my computer countless times and still no luck. Anyone have this issue right now or know how to fix it would be apprecaited. I lost LP for two ranked games now trying to play thinking it was a small hiccup.
