I have to re-download the entire game even if i have it, after the pc crashed.

Hi!

So, i have an issue that happend for the** 2nd** time already, the issue is this: I have to re-download the entire game, even if i have it downloaded in a separated partition only for itself, like for real, the only thing that i have on that partition is the folder where the League of Legends game is installed.

The issue happend like this (I already made 2 reports through out the "Report a bug" option!) , i was in the middle of a ranked game, then, my pc crashed, tried to reconnect, observing only that the client is on North America server and it started to download the game. I tried to switch back on Europe N-E, but the client restarted itself only to be on the same North America server. I got the chance to switch it back on Europe N-E, only to find the client downloading a game that i already have. This issue, happend the 2nd time already, when it first happend, i downloaded the game and continued saying to myself its just a one time thing. Now, i am again in that situation, even if the first time, it didnt show me any "Reconnect" button, this time did, i tried to reconnect nonetheless if the game was trying to download itself - again - ! It didnt allowed me. Closed the client after trying several times, the ranked match ended in a "Lose" while the client returned to download the entire game (and i know i am spaming this fact- but!) EVEN if i already have it!

Is this a know issue? Can i do something to avoid this for happening again? Did i just got myself banned for several games or even weeks for "abandoning" the match that i tried to reconnect but the client started to download a game that i already have it?

Please, excuse my english and i hope i made myself clear! If any details are need it, i am happy to comply with answers if i have them!

LaterEdit: I haven't been banned for that "abandon", tho' it will be nice if a Moderator of some sort could at least ask for the specs of my pc!

2nd Edit: The whole process happend again! As in, just started the client, jumped me on North America, didn't had time to click on the Europe N-E server, because it restarted itself ON THE SAME server ( North America). I selected this time, the proper server i am from aaand the download started again!

3rd Edit: This happend again and again, i have no expectation for this matter to be solved at all. I tried searching for similar topics and not one is answered by someone! I counted around 10 topics similar to mine, with a bunch of people talking about the same thing! The timeline of this problem goes back from 2014, where someone posted (as seen in the archives) the same issue happening. This is by far the most unresponsive and neglected forum i've ever seen. Not a single moderator or P.O.C in a range of thousands of topics with actual problems that needs Riot staff to take care of! This topic, reached around 1.7k people seeing it, that's not enough to raise any help from the staff that is in charge of this forum! The saying "Riot doesn't give a damn!" it's starting slowly but steady, to grow in my mind without a doubt!
