Renekton W Bug

I consider myself a Renekton Main and I play him alot in normals or rankeds and i just found out that Renekton's W "Ruthless Predator" kind of gliches out sometimes. It happens when you use your W in combination with another ability such as his Q "Cull the meek" or his E "Slice and Dice" (happens more often with his E) . Your W trigger just disappears and your W is on full cooldown. I would like to know if this only happened to me or are there more Summoners that noticed this "bug" I hope that Riot does something against this because it's the reason i lose alot of trades or even fights.
