[Gameplay] Corki Q doesn't work

It only happened in one game, but my q would do no damage to anything. At first I thought I was missing the q until I tried getting blue buff. I'm not sure why it happened but I went into a custom game and the q started working. Heres a link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIEmgar6Z1E.
