20 Minutes for Lag

Dear operators, I think it is unfair to punish a player by spending 20 minutes of "low-priority queue" for LAG / CRASH problems for which a regular player can not reconnect. I think it is unfair and I hope you pay more attention before giving a punishment.

Same happened to me, the client was too dumb to update correctly so the game wouldn't launch. After trying to re-connect a couple of times, I decided to restart the PC and next thing I know I'm thrown into the "low-priority queue".... fml
