Garen ultimate on illaoi
played a solo q game as garen vs illaoi top every time I ulted her In game her heath bar didn't seem to move at all even when at low heath, is this a bug or that other people have experienced or just me?

I took a look at the game through op.gg and noticed that the Illaoi had built a Maw of Malmortius. Garen's ultimate deals magic damage which would proc Maw of Malmortius' magic shield, likely absorbing most if not all of the damage from Garen's ultimate. So, unless she was the villain at any time you ulted her, I don't think this is a bug.
