Mac Client Issue - Gamebreaking (cursor stuck on auto-attack, cannot recall, level up abilities,etc)

I have seen a couple other posts about this, but no responses have yet to help with this issue.

Frequency: It randomly occurs in game roughly once every 2-4 games. It has happened at any stage in the game (5 minutes in, 30 minutes in, everywhere in between). It also usually occurs after I type something into chat.

The bug consists of the following issues and all occur once it starts:

-Cursor stuck on auto-attack, so anytime I click on the ground it is red and attacks whatever is closest. Once I click something, I don't stop attacking until it dies or I do. -Cannot recall to base -Cannot level up abilities (by clicking or from hotkeys) -When I open the store I have to press the esc key to close it -Cannot buy anything from the store -All abilities are turned on automatic smart cast, regardless of what they were before -If it is still going when the game ends, I cannot click the continue button at the victory/defeat screen.

The only way to fix this is by waiting it out (randomly stops sometimes after 10-20 minutes, other times goes throughout the end of the game) or by restarting my client (which takes an obnoxiously long time).

This has been really frustrating as I figured it was only a patch-bug or something, so I've been waiting it out hoping for it to be fixed. It has been occurring since about the bard patch, and I have given up on even trying to play normals.

I would greatly appreciate some help or like to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

I've experienced this once. I've actually experienced so many bugs this patch it's disgusting... I think you're referring to the cursor being stuck in attack move click, completely taking away all left click functionality (Left clicking on minimap, selecting champs/structures/monsters, buying items (I was still able to open shop for some reason)) and for some reason keybinds so I can't recall or use abilities and I had to restart client. I experienced this after dying to a malphite ultimate on mordekaiser and respawning with the bug, which was immediately noticeable since I couldn't buy items. You can imagine how far you fall behind after dying and having to afk for 5 or so minutes while reconnecting and losing like 40+ more cs.

A similar bug I had that another player in a different game experienced was that the cursor became stuck as a targetting indicator (Blue or red diamond with a a cross and dot in the middle) and it took away some left click functionality but was resolved after several right clicks on a minion.

Rito please fix bugs. I can't believe there hasn't been a single red post this patch about the enormous amount of bugs that came out, including the issue where using smartcast with range indicators and rapidly pressing an ability maintains the range indicator even after the ability's been casted and is on cooldown, requiring you to left click to get rid of it which you shouldn't be doing in a team fight.

im having the same problem. As I am clicking it makes this weird like beep beep beep sound. And I continue running into turrets, ultimately killing me ( suicide basically). I tried playing custom games with just myself to see if the bugs were still there , and of course they are. so I didn't think it was worth going to play ranked, and even normals. I cant even move around long enough, and I cant run away because im either stuck auto attacking minons, or chasing down the enemy ( unwillingly ) . I don't know what to do . I reinstalled the client, which took 2 1/2 days ( No Lie) and I had just bought another riot card. I literally wanted to cry, (im a girl) and idk what else to do I thought it was my computer. Its not though, I hate all these patches. they are honestly to much and kept getting bugged. it should be as easy and simply as applying a champion skin, not buying a new car and waiting for the paper work. RIot PLEASE FIX THE NA SERVER ! some people have invested money into your company, at least let us us what we have given to you. - hope this is resolved SOON.
