Issues with Game Queue

I've had this issue a lot, but I'll enter the pregame lobby and it will at some point hit an issue and wont advance. So player A will appear to not have done anything and it will freeze at the end of the count down and appear to be 0 for a bit then i'll get kicked to the premade lobby or freeze the client. for every instance It gets counted against me and I lose LP and I get it marked against me so I have to wait to try again.

I can't get a solid bead on when or why this happens and it happens at least once a day. I've reinstalled the client and repaired it. I've even gone as far as to wipe and zero my hard drive and install windows again and work off of a fresh installation, and still have the same issue. It would be great if we could get a fix for this so I can not lose LP and possibly get a ban over this nonsense.
