CLIENT CRASH AND ROLLBACK DURING RANKED GAME

I just updated this morning to the new patch.

Aafter updating, queued a ranked match and played a duo.

during the match in the first 10 minutes both nami and myself were disconnected. after reconnecting i continued to have mysterious connection issues where the ping would not be updated to the actual value, or it was something else client side because i could click and interact with the client(IE menus and such, but no response would come from changes). regardless i played the match through and still came out crushing my enemy mid laners CS and overall going positive KDA(in fact me and my duo partner are the only ones who DID go positive).

At the end of the game, the client never reconnected me to review my performance and hand out honors. upon attempting to reconnect, the client notified me it would be rolling back to the previous patch. After which it applied todays update AGAIN. despite the client rollback indicating a failure on the clients behalf, my account still got demoted to iron4 and AM STILL IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE EVEN THOUGH I NEVER LEFT!!

THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

do you not consider it reasonable that your broken client should not impact my game? and that of my teammates? they should have their qualifiers back as well.

and of course this is league of legends so think about the snowball effect. now i have to qualify in low priority queue, how do you think that is going to affect the outcomes of the next 10 games?
