Warlord Bloodlust doesnt work on vayne

When i try to play full CS with Warlord"s Bloodlust masteries i saw my CS don"t give me 15% heal and attack speed ! On all other champions this masteries work !

Warlord's only works when attacking Champions, not when attacking minions, monsters, or anything that isn't a champion.

It was hotfix nerfed. Gotta attack champions or it does nothing.

If this only works on champions then they should re-write the description for it as it is misleading. Do other aggressive keystones only work on champions too?
